Overview

The Wright State University–Lake Campus housing villas sit just west of campus. You can see them from James F. Dicke Hall. Knapke Villa, Holmes Villa, and West Villa consist of townhouse-style apartments that have a beautiful view of Grand Lake St. Marys. Each apartment has four or five bedrooms, with the option of having a private or a shared bedroom. You are encouraged to request roommates if you want to live in a shared bedroom.

Amenities and Floorplans

  • Lakefront property
  • Town house-style apartments
    • Four-Bedroom Layout: The four-bedroom plan has one single bedroom, one double bedroom, and a bathroom downstairs; one single bedroom, one double bedroom, and a bathroom upstairs. This allows for up to six students to live in each four-bedroom apartment.
    • Five-Bedroom Layout: The five-bedroom plan has one single bedroom and a bathroom downstairs; four single bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. This allows for up to five students to live in each apartment. The single bedroom downstairs is accessible or may be used as an expanded double bedroom if the need arises. 
  • Apartments are fully furnished
    • Full kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, double bowl sink, and garbage disposal.
    • Living room with a couch, two armchairs, television stand, and end table.
    • Dining room with dining table, four chairs, and three breakfast bar stools.
    • Single bedroom includes a twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, and two-drawer dresser.
    • Double bedroom, includes two twin XL beds, two desks, two desk chairs, and two dressers.
  • A community laundry room is located within the complex.
  • There are no meal plan requirements for residents. 
  • You can have a car on campus. Parking is located directly adjacent to the villas.
  • Cable TV and high-speed internet access provided.
  • All utilities included.

The total capacity of the three Wright State University–Lake Campus housing villas is 96 students. One vehicle per resident is permitted and must be registered with the housing staff. The cost of housing is billed using the same system as your Wright State tuition bill. You can use financial aid if eligible.
