CELINA, Ohio – The Western Ohio Educational Foundation and Wright State University – Lake Campus held their Annual Scholarship Award Ceremony on Tuesday, June 7th in James F. Dicke Hall located at the Lake Campus. This year 128 students were awarded over $200,000. Awards ranged from a few hundred dollars in book scholarships to full-tuition.
