To help you become a Lake Campus student, here is a check list of items for you to complete!
Register for Orientation Registration is now closed.
Registration for orientation is now open! Log in to wright.edu/apply with the email and password you created when you applied. Under Next Steps, click on Lake Orientation Registration. If your major is listed incorrectly, call the Enrollment Services Office at 419-586-0232. If you have not yet been admitted to Lake Campus for Summer or Fall of 2018, you will not see the option to register for Orientation.
Send in all college transcripts (excluding Wright State)
If you’ve completed any College Credit Plus courses during high school, you will need to contact the universities to request an official transcript to be sent to Wright State University. Visit the Additional Resources page for links to various transcript requests.
Know your computer account and be able to log into WINGS and WINGS Express
Log in to wright.edu/apply with the email and password you used to apply. Under Next Steps, click Access your Student Portal. Follow the steps to reset the PIN or password for your Wright State accounts.
**Make sure to write your account information down, and bring it with you to orientation, as you will need it to schedule classes at Orientation.**
NOTE: If you have already accessed your information, click on Display your Wright State Account Info to view it again
Apply for Housing
Apply for Financial Aid
Financial aid includes scholarships, grants, work study, and loans. Students from all income levels are eligible for at least a low-interest loan. You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to be eligible for financial aid.
Disability Services Support (If Applicable)
Registered students with documented disabilities may be eligible to receive assistance from the Office of Disability Services. Please contact the ODS prior to your orientation.
Bring ALL Login Information
Students will have the opportunity to schedule their fall classes at Orientation. Make sure to bring all your computer login information for the advising session. See the FAQ section for information on how to access your computer account information.
Registration and Resources
Staff members will availalbe from 12:30-1:00pm (before orientation) to assist with questions.
At orientation all students will have the opportunity to attend an academic advising session. Academic advising sessions are major specific and during the session the advisor will begin the process of scheduling classes.
Parents are welcome to attend orientation with your child. You will have some free time while students are advising, so feel free to bring a book or check out the bookstore while you wait! Free wi-fi is available on campus.
Complete Orientation Survey
After your orientation session attendees are encouraged to complete the orientation survey that will be available in the Pilot course. Your feedback is appreciated!
Academic Advising Follow Up
After your academic advising session at orientation, you may have some follow up to do in regards to course scheduling.
After you register for courses you will be able to get your books through the Lake Campus Barnes & Noble Bookstore.
Paying Tuition & Fees
Student bills are generated around the first of August. If you register for fall classes before August 16, your bill is due August 15. If you do not pay your bill by August 15th, you will be dropped from your classes.
There is so much to do on campus besides going to class! There are campus organizations for you to join, events to attend and friends to meet!
