Application Dates
Applications for Spring Semester 2024, Summer Semester 2024 and Fall Semester 2024 are being accepted now. If you have been admitted to Wright State University, you can apply online.
How to Apply
- Log into WINGS Express using your Campus Username (w001abc) and password—Must be admitted to the university to apply for housing
- Select the Student and Financial Aid tab
- Select Housing Services. Select Apply Now.
- If you need assistance logging in, contact the Help Desk at 937-775-4827
Prepayment
A $150 prepayment is required to complete your application and room selection process. You will be responsible for all obligations indicated in the terms and conditions (emailed to you after applying for campus housing) for the duration of the agreement period. Please read all information carefully.
Waive Your Prepayment
There are a few instances where prepayment waivers are used. By submitting a prepayment waiver request, your housing application will be complete and you will be eligible for a space in campus housing. By submitting a prepayment waiver request, your housing application will be complete and you are financially responsible for your housing contract for the upcoming year. New and incoming students or returning students will receive an email to your Wright State email with your assignment and room information.

Roommate Requests
- If you have roommate request(s), you will need to have their name and UID to enter on the application preferences.
- All roommate requests must be mutually requested by all applicants involved to be considered for assignments together.
Assignments
Assignments will be made according to the time and date of application for students who have submitted a complete application with pre-payment. Roommate requests will be honored first. A waiting list will be maintained after assignments have been completed. The housing agreement features a nine-month term (August through April) excluding winter break (with an option for summer).
