Mercer County Civic Foundation Health Care Fund Continues Support for Wright State University - Lake Campus Extension Building Project

CELINA, OH - On Monday, June 4, 2018, the Mercer County Civic Foundation Health Care Fund presented Wright State University - Lake Campus officials with another $100,000 installment of their on-going pledge to the Extension Building Project.

Lake Campus is in the final design stages of the Extension Building Project, an over 7,000 square foot addition to Andrews Hall. The Extension Building Project will house a new university library, science education classroom, science research lab, and the Nursing Simulation Learning Resource Center.

“Having the Mercer County Civic Foundation behind us on this project is a testament to the community’s involvement in our campus. We are extremely excited to get started on this project," said Lake Campus Dean and CAO Jay Albayyari. 

Construction is expected to begin in August 2018, will be completed in time for the 2019-2020 academic year.
