Adaptive Communication Skills Series

These communication skills reinforce strong leadership practices that can be adapted to any situation. The following virtual sessions promote a positive provider/patient environment. An Adaptive Communication Skills certificate will be provided by the Lake Campus Workforce Development to those who complete all five sessions.

Meet The Instructor

Dr. John Fallon has been a college communications professor for over 30 years. He has communications training from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy and the National Council for Behavioral Health, as well as the Cleveland Clinic. He has been teaching verbal conflict management and situational awareness since 2012.

Yaskawa Robotics Courses

Certificate of completion provided upon successful completion of 32 hours of online coursework and 16 hours of hands-on validation lab.

Investment: $675

Classes will be offered every other Friday with two available times of 8am-12pm or 12:30-4:30pm

 

Microsoft PowerPoint & Presentation Course

Do you know the difference between a great presentation and a mediocre one? How do you improve your presentations? In this class you will look at PowerPoint and all of the tools that can be used as you present! We will discuss what it takes to make a great presentation, while utilizing the skills learned. Each participant will create, and share their own presentation, while providing feedback to peers. Come join us and learn how to make a good presentation, great!
