Get to know our new mascot
For over a century, this mythical creature has lurked in Grand Lake, marveling at the remarkable achievements happening on and around our campus. The Wright State Guardian published a story that details the legend of the lake creature that has intrigued and mystified the residents of our community. The article recounts a few of the sightings, which have been few and far between—until now.
After finding the courage to rise out of the dark waters, the lake creature is thrilled to become an integral part of our Laker community and inspire students to excel in the classroom and on the field.
