Why Choose Supervision and Management?

This program provides coursework for future leaders in corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Gain a foundation of theory and best practices while working with real businesses and cultivating your strategic thinking. You'll gain extensive knowledge in supervisory and managerial skills, problem-solving, and decision-making, as well as hands-on training in various technologies, including the latest software applications.

Learn to create business plans, marketing strategies, and develop other tools to help advance business and keep it in the competitive mix. You will be educated as a professional who makes decisions and uses technology, communication skills, and entry-level business expertise to advance the public image and purpose of the businesses or organizations they work for.

Careers

This program provides a foundation for further graduate education in fields like business, organizational leadership, management, communications, and more. This program will also prepare you for positions in businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits. Some of our graduates have gone to work at Reynolds and Reynolds, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and Crown.

Real-World Experience

We arm you with the knowledge and experiences you need to transition from student to professional. You will gain hands-on experience through a variety of community-based programs, service-learning opportunities, internships, and research projects.

Admission

Review the admission requirements and complete the admission application. Identify whether you will be majoring in supervision and management.

If you are a current student and wish to change majors, go to the WINGS Express major/minor change request form and change your major. If you are an undecided/exploratory student, talk to your advisor about majoring in supervision and management.
