Availability
Wright State University–Lake Campus has campus housing available in the summer of 2023 for Lake Campus summer students, students working at internships/co-ops, and summer events/camps. Availability is subject to change and is at the discretion of Wright State University–Lake Campus staff.
Amenities
- Lakefront property
- Townhouse-style apartments
- Single-gender apartments with four to five students per unit
- Each apartment contains four to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
- Apartments are fully furnished (linens not included)
- All utilities included
Lake Campus Summer Students
Will you be taking summer classes at Wright State University–Lake Campus? Apply today for summer housing! You must be admitted to the university before you can complete the campus housing application.
Dates available: May 7–August 6, 2023 (Summer Term)
Costs: $1,600(Room) plus a $200 communication fee per student
Students Working at Internships/Co-ops

Costs: $1,700 (Room& Laundry Service) plus a $200 communication fee per student*
