Welcome to Lake Campus Enrollment Services, students’ primary point of contact for services delivered through the Offices of the Registrar, Bursar/Student Accounts, and Financial Aid.  Many self-service options are also available on-line through Wings Express.

The Enrollment Services office is located just past the Student Services Front Desk in Dwyer Hall.  The Enrollment Services Advisors are available to council you on financial aid and registration information – in addition to taking payments (cash and check only!) and printing your Wright1 Card.  

The Enrollment Services office operates during specific hours, however, there are times when the windows may be closed due to staffing or scheduled meetings.  Enrollment Services is typically opened during the following times, though a weekly schedule with known closings is always posted outside of the windows: 

Hours

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Contact Information

The Enrollment Services Office works in conjunction with Raider Connect on the Dayton Campus to serve as a one-stop shop for student enrollment questions.  You will find more in-depth enrollment information by visiting the Raider Connect website. 

Bursar (Tuition & Fees)

The Bursar has responsibility for receipting all student and other university moneys, to include the administration and collection of institutional and federal loan programs.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Financial aid provides students with scholarships, grants, and/or loans for those who apply and meet certain requirements.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to Lake Campus students in two different capacities. You may be eligible for both Wright State University's undergraduate scholarships and our own Lake Campus WOEF Scholarships.

Registration and Class Schedule


Schedules are available via WINGS Express. 

Transcript Requests

Official transcripts must be requested by the student. Requests can be submitted by web, mail, fax or in person at Enrollment Services. Due to privacy concerns, transcript requests cannot be submitted via telephone or E-mail.

Wright1 Card

The Wright1 Card is an ID card for Wright State University students, faculty and staff.

Student Proxy Access

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), prevents third parties (parent, spouse, employer, etc.) from having access to your student record without your consent. You, the student, can grant access to third parties to your student record though Student Proxy Access.
